"Warranty coverage was okay, but the process dragged"
They did end up covering the repair under the warranty, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the claim took longer than I expected, and every time I checked in, I felt like I was being talked down to a bit. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Helpful call with no pressure"
I had a really good sales call with thermospas. I’m usually cautious with bigger purchases, so I appreciated that the guy I spoke with was friendly, patient, and willing to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed.
He walked me through the options in a straightforward way and didn’t try to push me into something I wasn’t sure about. He helped me think through what would actually work for my space, and so far I feel comfortable with how everything has gone.

"Too expensive, and I wasn’t even sure who was in charge"
I got a quote from thermospas it felt way too expensive for what they were offering. The tub looked nice enough, but not nice enough to justify the price they gave me. Once they started talking through all the add-ons, the total just kept climbing. What also bugged me was that it wasn’t really clear who owned what part of the process or who I was supposed to go to for straight answers. It felt a little messy. I ended up finding a better value somewhere else, so I passed.

"Repair help was okay overall"
The tech showed up a bit late, which was kind of frustrating, and it ended up taking two visits to get everything fixed. It seems to be working now, so I guess it turned out fine, but the whole process could’ve been a little smoother.

"Looks nice, but didn’t really last"
So we’ve had our ThermoSpas tub for a little over a year now, and it’s already giving us problems with the jets and the cover wearing out. It does look nice, but the quality feels a lot cheaper than I expected. For what we paid, I really thought it would hold up better.

The hot tub itself works fine and we’ve enjoyed using it, but I felt a little pressured to go for it without thinking through the ongoing electric cost. My bill went up more than I expected. It’s not awful, but I wouldn’t call it super efficient either

"Slow customer service replies"
Customer service took way too long to get back to me, and when they finally did, I felt like I had to explain the same thing all over again. It got frustrating after a while.

the seating didn’t feel comfortable to me, honestly. the seats felt too upright and kind of awkward, so I couldn’t really relax in it. wish I had tested the layout a bit more before buying

The delivery showed up later than expected, which was a bit frustrating. I’ve had smoother deliveries in the past, so this one stood out. That said, the installers were polite and did a good job once they arrived, so overall it worked out okay.

"Lots of options, but a little overwhelming"
I did like that ThermoSpas gives you a TON of ways to customize things. Being able to choose the jets, seats, colors, and extra features made it feel like I wasn’t just getting some standard basic hot tub.
That said, it got a little confusing after a while. Some of the options weren’t explained super clearly, and I found myself asking a bunch of questions just to understand what was included and what actually made sense for me.
Overall, my experience was okay. I appreciated having so many choices, but I REALLY wish the process had been simpler and the pricing was easier to see upfront.

"Looks fine overall, just feels a little dated in places"
The site works and the design is generally okay, so it’s not like it’s hard to use or anything. I was able to find what I needed, but some of the pages just have that older website feel, like there’s a bit too much going on at once or the layout hasn’t been refreshed in a while. It’s not a huge problem, and nothing felt completely broken, but a few sections seemed cluttered enough that I had to pause and figure out where to look instead of everything feeling super clean and obvious right away.

"Jets are stronger than I expected"
the jets on our ThermoSpas tub are what surprised me the most. We’ve had it for a few months now, and they hit my shoulders and lower back in just the right spots, way better than the weak jets you get in a lot of hotel tubs.
After work, I usually sit in it for about 20 minutes, and my back feels so much looser afterward. It took a little playing around to figure out the settings I like best, but now I’m in there almost every night...
